I have learned how to manage my manager, I saw my management style and understand my strengths and weaknesses and most of all, I see the style of those below me and now have a better understanding of how to manage them to succeed. A must read!

Just what I needed very straight forward and easy to understand

It's not only helping me strengthen my relationship with my manager but it has also helped to identify the kind of leader that I want to be. Mr. Dufour lays out several different management styles in a way that's informative and easy to follow. It's a quick read but it's packed with valuable information that anyone will be able to use. I wish that I had this book years ago.

I don't work in business, so maybe that's why these types don't match my experiences that well. It's easy to read, and with some reasonable suggestions, but I wasn't wowed (and even skipped a few of the sections)
