Bad Quality
The Glass bursted while operating for the 2nd time in a month. The OTG that is 1 month old. Please bear in mind the low quality of the product.Glass is not covered under warranty and the service and marketing of the Morphy Richards is handled by Bajaj Electricals in India and they have no incentive to repair your product by quality technicians. It is better to buy some other brand like Philips etc.I will soon update my review with the video of the bursted glass just after the blast.Low Quality.

My First OTG
Got it at BEST price from Amazon. Working good; No noise as I saw some comments on noise level in few other reviews; also the build quality is good. Of course it gets heated all around which is good & demostrates the functionality of even heat...

A Once-Great Platform Now in Steep Decline
I’ve been a loyal Amazon.in customer for years, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. What was once a reliable and customer-friendly platform has become a nightmare of poor service, exploitative practices, and a complete lack of accountability. The Problem: Compromised Packaging and a Broken Return ProcessI ordered an oven, expecting the usual seamless Amazon experience. Instead, I received a product in packaging that looked like it had been thrown around during transit. The box was torn, and the oven inside seems compromised. Naturally, I initiated a return, thinking it would be a straightforward process. Boy, was I wrong.Amazon’s return process has become an absolute nightmare. The customer service team was unhelpful, offering generic responses and passing the buck between departments. I was asked to provide endless documentation, including photos and videos, as if I were the one at fault. Despite following every instruction, my return request was delayed repeatedly, with no clear resolution in sight.Exploitative Practices and Zero AccountabilityWhat’s even more infuriating is Amazon’s blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. The platform’s policies seem designed to protect sellers at the expense of buyers. The burden of proof is entirely on the customer, and the return process is so convoluted that many people simply give up. This is not just poor service—it’s exploitative.Amazon.in has clearly shifted its focus from customer-centricity to profit maximization. The platform no longer values the trust of its customers, and it shows in every interaction. The Competition is Light-Years AheadWhile Amazon.in continues to disappoint, I’ve had far better experiences with competitors like Tata Cliq, Blinkit, and Zepto. Tata Cliq offers a seamless shopping experience with a strong emphasis on quality and authenticity. Blinkit and Zepto, with their hyper-local delivery models, have redefined convenience, delivering products in record time without compromising on packaging or service. These platforms understand that customer trust is earned, not assumed. They prioritize transparency, responsiveness, and accountability—values that Amazon.in seems to have forgotten.Final ThoughtsAmazon.in’s decline is a cautionary tale of what happens when a company grows too big to care. The platform’s exploitative practices and declining standards are a disservice to the millions of customers who once trusted it as their go-to e-commerce destination.Until Amazon.in takes meaningful steps to address these issues, I cannot recommend it in good faith. There are far better alternatives out there that actually value their customers. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.

Misleading Product Image
Product works but the listing is misleading. The photograph shows a 30RCS golden matte finish ITG. What is actually delivered is a black 30RC. To be fair this is the model number in the product title but the image is misleading.
