The weights are soft and comfortable and they don't restrict my movements during workouts. They are easy to use and they don't cause significant skin irritations. I wish they were heavier since they are too light for me. I ordered 1kg each weight but got 0.5kg per weight.

I bought this item as it advertised it fits both male and female. Well, unless you are a real tiny American male this item will barely fit your ankles.

easy on and off

I walk 2.5 miles every day with the 2 kg each ankle weight. What’s best for me is there comfort. Just rotate the weight so lettering is at the front. It would be a help to have 3/4 inches of length if possible
