Easy setup to replicate your office at home
The product is great. It was easy to use, included all the cords you need, and set up in a snap. If you plan on using two monitors, be aware that it has one each of HDMI and VGA. This was exactly what I needed to give an old monitor new life and set up a workspace at my mother's place. Now my sisters and I can visit and stay longer because it is much easier to work remotely.

Good buy for home office use
Works extremely well. Glad I got this one. Would definitely recommend to connect with a laptop, screen and wireless mouse/keyboard set. However doesn't have enough power to close one's laptop and work on only on my large screen.

Helpful for work from home
I have a docking station for my work laptop at work, but I was finding it cumbersome to set up my laptop when I worked from home. The dock is really helpful if you're connecting to an outside monitor. I haven't had any glitches with it so far. Just one plug and everything works well..I don't notice any lag. I thought it was priced well and I'm glad I bought it.

Doesn't Work With My Laptop
I work from home so the amount of screens I need to make my job smoother is important. I've gone through several docking stations and I haven't had any luck.This one specifically powers on, but I can't get my laptop to recognize it. I use a Dell Latitude 5540 which in this case should be compatible with my work laptop but it isn't. I've tried several attempts to resolve in various ways but without any luck.Sadly I wouldn't have any other use for it. Making it pointless to own.

Works great! Super convenient to have instead of plugging and unplugging everything. Looks like new even though it is renewed. Love the flexibility of moving my laptop around easily knowing this is at my desk to connect to quickly. 5 stars.

A versatile docking station for older workstations
This docking station is usable with non-Dell laptops and has 2 USB 2.0 ports along with 3 USB3.0 ports. All the USB ports are USB-A so people looking to plug in a USB-C cable will be disappointed. This unit is "renewed" and at times I've had issues with some of these units since they may not go through a more thorough evaluation. If you're looking for a more updated docking station, you may want to pass on this unit, but if you're interested in a docking station that will work with some older CPUs and equipment, this unit works well. I didn't have many issues on initial use. I'll update if anything goes wrong with it since that's what has happened in the past.
