Doesn't put out much steam
The looks of the machine is very nice however it does not putt out much steam at all. I added salt to it even though the directions didn't say to. My old one did. I thought it would help with the steam output but it didn't. It's also awkward the handle. The clips at the bottom that are suppose to hold the bottom of the fabric keep falling off and will only attach all the way at the bottom of the pole which is pointless since since everything hangs at the top of the pole to far up to attach. Hope that makes since. I'm still thinking of sending it back its just a pain to tear it back down and repack it and take it to UPS. Not really worth the money. I should have known the all reviews said the same thing.
