WOW!
I was a little leery about buying this speaker, but I’m glad I did. This is a small unit but packs a good, loud sound. Being a former radio DJ I am into my music and this unit does more than I ever expected.Let’s get technical, shall we.Controls and connections:Easy to use push buttons (5) one for the EQ, 2 for both volume and tuning the FM radio, 1 for scan and 1 for mode. The volume is adjusted by holding the buttons as where the tuning is done by hitting the button once.(These two buttons also are used for previous and next when playing music from a device)The EQ only works with the Bluetooth, 3.5 mm cable or the USB connection but not with the FM radio. The EQ has 5 preset settings which allow for more or less bass or treble. When you flip open the round rubber tab you can access the on/off switch, 3.5mm jack, USB charging port and the USB Aux connection which is good for using a USB memory stick. There is also a LED indicator light to show if the unit is on or charging.Speakers:They may be small with one 3’’ sub and two 2’’ drivers, but they put out a nice loud and crisp sound. The sub plays better at higher volume. The body is vented so to deliver a little punch at higher volumes. The EQ will help to accent the bass when set on the ‘Bass’ setting for which there are two.Battery:Charging to full takes about 2 to 3 hours, but the battery will last up to 8 hours when volume is peak or up to 12 hours when volume is set no higher than mid-range. (Still loud) When the battery is low you will hear a high pitched beeping.Bluetooth:EASY! Turn on the unit, your device and hit match. What’s great is that you can control the device (volume, scan, next, previous and pause right from the speaker.FM radio:Well, it sounds good when you can get a station to tune in. The internal antenna is not the best. Moving the unit around helps. Sort of reminds me of the days of using rabbit ears for the TV. LOL.Size, weight and design:Small enough to fit in a backpack and not heavy. The feet are made of hard plastic and close together, so the unit can easily roll away. Overall, if you want heavy, deep bass this is not for you. If you want good clear sound, it may be what you want. Myself, I will be buying another to have loud music and more of a stereo effect. After all, great price and shipping was fast.Additional info:Output is about 10-11 watts at peak volume with minimal distortion.

Best bang for the buck decent audio at mid volume over driving speakers at higher gain levels.Great on the back deck to grill.Great that it can Tune in the FM station @ the drive in theater enough for 2 movies back to back.Only wish you could pair 2 of them together.
