I received a defective washing machine where the wash timer was not working properly and the spin lid was damaged. The issue was reported within the replacement period and Samsung inspection was completed and the product was confirmed defective. However, despite completing all required steps and providing proof, Amazon delayed the process and eventually rejected the replacement. I was asked to wait until the last day of the replacement window, and then denied resolution. Very disappointing experience. The product quality and after-sales support did not meet expectations. Buyers should be cautious when purchasing expensive electronics here

As expected, it cleans super dirty clothes clean, save water too. Cannot ignore the fact that it saves time, 15 min washing + 5 min spinner... That's it. The body is also steady with wheels.

I am impressed with washing setup but drying is really not that good.. machine vibrates a lot during spin ..Need to keep extra clothes to other side to make sure that it will complete 10 mins drying cycle.
