It works for sleep disruption
I have been taking this for over 3 months now, and it has really helped with my sleep. Earlier I used to wake up at 3 am and stay awake - groggy eyed - for over 3 hours until I could get another hour of sleep. This had a bad impact on my memory and other cognitive functions. But these tablets along with night time glasses for blue screens, have really helped me get about 6 hours of continuous sleep and I am able to wake up fresh. I also complement with Ashwagandha supplement. These seem to have done the trick.

It really worked..
Before ordering I was not too sure but it does work my sleep cycle & sleep quality has improved significantly plus no side effects and I am not taking on regular basis just when I want to before going to bed 1 tablet with Luke warm water does the work.. Thank you so much for this product 💗
