Bought these before the are brilliant aa they've saved my phone screen more than once

Really nice protector. Bubble free, clear, easy to fit. Everything works well except the fingerprint biometrics, which is really frustrating and I have now taken the cover off. I tried to reset the fingerprint biometrics but it just didn't acknowledge it at all. So, if you don't use fingerprint biometrics it will suit you.

I needed a new screen protector as mine was peeling and wanted a glass one for extra protection.I chose this product as it was a twin pack and seemed good value.After cleaning my screen and getting everything ready I peeled the screen protector in preparation to apply. I noticed a circle where the fingerprint is and didn't think nothing of it.I applied the screen protector and its a great fit and product.Sadly.thpigh the fingerprint scanner on my phone doesn't work with this screen protector applied.I removed the first and retried with the second I case I'd done something or the first wasn't seated and the same thing happened - no fingerprint print scanner. I've checked and reset my settings and even attempted to add a new fingerprint with it on but to no avail.So I've wasted my money with this and now have to buy a different one.

I was chuffed to bits when I opened the package and thought perfect, covers the whole screen, does what it says on the tin, THEN biometric didn't work, so had to take it off.

I bought this due to it's popularity and high review rating, however, the most prominent reviews stated that fingerprint function wouldn't work.I gotta say that the installation instructions are so so.. I spent carefully examining the parts as it was not clear, especially for the camera protector and there was no explanation on amazon website too. But I realised that the black cover for the camera lens is the stickky side and then managed to fit it on exactly.It went well for me to align the screen protector too, however, in the fingerprint area there are marks meaning that area has not stuck well on the sides so when the screen is off that round circle looks like not a full moon lol but I've had no problems adding fingerprint function and the screen seemed responsive. I tested that as soon as I fit that on without the phone case on.As soon as I put the phone case on I noticed that there is a friction on the edge where the screen protector ends and screen case starts. That eventually led to the screen protector coming off. And in the meantime the fingerprint function would be hardly working.I've replaced the screen protector with the second one provided but the responsiveness of the screen is not the same and fingerprint function doesn't not work t all. I cannot even set it up. So going for a full refund.

The screen protector does provide good protection, however there are few issues with it. Firstly, it's about 2-3mm too short for the screen which isn't a huge issue. There's also no cut-out for the front camera but that isn't too bad. Also, there is a circle at the bottom for the fingerprint sensor, which just very annoying because air bubbles easily get trapped in it and it barely ever reads your fingerprint properly, it is also very visible which is quite annoying. In addition to this, if you apply the screen protector slightly wrong it is impossible to remove without breaking it. Lastly, for some reason the screen protector attracts a lot of dust.The camera protector however is very good, doesn't decrease quality has sufficient cut outs and is practically invisible.The products provided to clean the screen are awful, the cloth leaves bits of fluff all over the screen and the dust stickers are way too sticky so just get stuck to the screen and leave it covered in residueOverall, it's quite disappointing, but alright considering the price

Tried both, watched the video but fingerprint would not work, also clearly visible circle where fingerprint reader is on screen

This screen protector is great as a general protector and all functions on my s20 ultra worked great but even when enhanced setting is on for protectors the finger print scanner does not recognise any of my prints. Not overly impressed.

Je viens de recevoir ma commande et je suis pour le moment satisfaite. La pose a été considérablement facile, efficace et sans aucune bulle! À ce niveau, 5 étoiles. Les points moins favorables c’est qu’il faut repenser comment livrer les verres car ils sont venus entre deux plaques de polystyrène et après enveloppe. Risque de recevoir les verres abîmés - L’emballage ce n’est pas fidèle aux photos. Il manque le chiffon micro fibre qui devait venir selon la description du vendeur et je suggère de rajouter une petite paillette pour aider à la pose et pour éviter les bulles. Après un autre point dit respect au fait que les verres n’ont pas l’orifice pour la caméra de l’avant - c’est comme ça ou c’est défaut ? J’ai des doutes par rapport à la vraie qualité des photos capturées avec cette caméra. Dans la globalité, jusqu’au moment je donne une note positive!
