Sturdy, safe, easy, storable, plus results. Great for older women!
Mostly put together, watch videos if you need to but I put the few pieces together that weren’t already while talking on the phone! I keep mine out until great grands come over & then I fold it & store out of their way. I’m 69+ and I use mine in 8 minute increments x3/per day. I am using only one resistance band and will likely progress to two, then three. So far, I like this because I can tell that I work my core as well as arms and legs. I do wear my Skechers because otherwise I have foot issues - none so long as I wear these! So for privacy and ease of use, sturdiness, results, and aid to help bring down sugar levels - this is a great machine. For once, I made a great choice first time around!

Perfectly the best
I got this delivered today it came before expected and I am super happy with the purchase. I got this as a gift for my boss who is into fitness and she absolutely loves it. Its easy to set up (most setting up or assemble was already done) its a little heavy but what the heck lol.. the sceat and handle bars can wipe off if it gets dirty. Its easy to use and very effective. Definitely worth the money.. don't wait too long to get yours.. thank me later..

I really like my squat machine
I love this squat machine. It was relatively easy to put together, and works smoothly. it also folds up and stores easily. I only use one band currently and started by doing 20 squats, 3 times per day. i am currently doing 25 squats 3 times a day. I actually have considered buying one for my daughter once she gets settled into her new place. Very worth it for those who are disciplined to exercise. otherwise, it'll be a shirt rack.

It is very easy to assemble and a great workout!! I had some issues with delivery and the company was very helpful, responded quickly and I had my machine in no time! I love my squat machine definitely worth the buy!!

Don’t buy if you have knees problems
It’s cool machine, it gives you strong legs and back also gives your booty a nice shape . But if you have a knee problem, don’t buy it because this machine requires a lot of pressure put on the knees. It’s easy to use. Raise your heart rate. little expensive. Not heavy easy to move. It takes a little time to assemble.
