The videos for this product make it look like a wonder tool. In reality, far from it. Just use a hand wire stripper and save your money.

I noticed some of the reviewers for this wiring kit have a very low opinion of the set. I don’t know if I just got lucky or what but the set I got worked great for me. I used the kit to completely re-wire my utility trailer and wired some additional lights on my heavier trailer that I haul my tractor on. I used 2 drills to do the job, one for the stripper and the other for the twister, it made quick work of the job.

This tool do not strip 14 gauge wire or 12 gauge and 10 gauge wire jacket. I fined it that tool is to big for 14, 12 and 10 gauge wire, and cant not bi adjusted to size of wires, only wire twister tool work like supposed to.

Works well, but you have to be careful of how fast your trigger response is on the drill, or driver that you are using.

The media could not be loaded.  Smallest one is the 2.5 sq as shown in video. It does not catch the insulation on a 14,12 (shown) or 10g wire. No adjustments avail. Sent back and received new set and same result.

The media could not be loaded.  Figured I would try this out to see how it would tidy up my wiring game. Unit comes with 3 durable all metal wire strippers, an allen key for blade replacement, an all metal tool for twisting wires together and tightening a wire nut to the wires, and an attachment for depth cut setting and drill chucking the bit.It all came neatly packaged in a plastic case which makes its very easy for storage and keeping it organized.The cutting tools are marked in metric measurements, but what I gathered was smallest would do 14awg, mid would do 14awg, and the largest for 10awg or larger.14awg measures at ~2.8mm which should have worked, but the tool would not strip that wire at all. It disappointing because I mainly use 14 for a good amount feeds throughout a household and is 1 reason why it got 3 stars.With the other gauges mentioned, it works quite well, and could make certain jobs quicker if you were stripping groups of wire. The wire twisting tool worked amazingly, almost too good, and will take a little time to get it down and not make the wire groups too tight as to make it harder for future wiring repairs or additions to that branch of circuits.I can't see this replacing my daily wire strippers which are much quicker, I do like the twisting tool. If I would use this, I would have 2 drills, one to strip, the other to twist. Could really prove to make your jobs more efficient. Aside from not being able to strip 14awg wire, the tool works perfectly.
