The clips to hold the cardboard at the back are far too tight - you can barely get a thin knife in underneath to prise them all open, so it takes so long to u hook them all. In addition, after putting the photo in the cardboard doesn't fit back in to the back as the clips are too tight - you have to push and scrape the cardboard, whilst trying to pull the clips even further back - my fingers are in agony. I've never struggled so much to put a picture in a frame. I would not recommend.

Some of the frames were defective, and the clips on the back are difficult to remove when inserting a photo. I’ve used other frames with much better clips.
