She was very nice but gave no assurance anything could be done. Less than 2 months in and I'm out!!!ORIGINAL REVIEW2 weeks in and I am so happy to have an all in one coffee maker! Grinds the beans and delivers a fresh cup of coffee! Multiple size choices, beans or already ground coffee and Easy to clean! Easy digital control. Really like the neutral color, beigy tan.

Makes good coffee but then I noticed it's overpriced on Amazon. Walmart sells for $99.00 and that's regular price. I paid $173 total Amazon....WTH???? Filter is hard to clean but will try to find some kind of paper filter to put into it for easy clean up

Wonderful taste. PSA you Mute it by holding the Grinder off and brew off buttons simultaneously.

But good for people who don’t drink a lot of coffee, too much fussing with cleaning coffee holder etc. I have one that keeps it hot to refill.

It makes a fantastic cup of coffee... IF it grinds the beans. And it is not user friendly at all! Now the new one is no matter what I program it to brew - it will only brew less than a 6oz cup of coffee and it's not that hot either. Really bummed because I loved being able to program it.

There is no better coffee than from freshly ground beans. This maker allows me to have that one cup at a time, which is perfect for me.

I like having a grinder built in to the coffeemaker, and the coffee is good. But this machine is not customer friendly at all as others have pointed out. It has a 30 page manual which tries to explain the rather unfriendly controls. And the basket is messy to deal with. I started using a coffee filter even though the instructions say you shouldn't. In the instructions, Drew emphasizes her collection is "easy-to-use". She needs to take a look at this product.

The grinder and coffee are good. However there’s a complete design failure to make the coffee basket easy to clean after each cup - it is incredibly messy and takes a long time! This is a needless design flaw on an otherwise pretty decent coffee maker. I say this having used percolators, Mr. coffee - type coffee makers, and Nespresso coffee makers. I think Drew needs to spend some time actually making coffee using her own coffee maker. Once she has done this for a couple of months, she will quickly decide, “ Oh my goodness, this basket needs a complete redesign”. I would be happy to do it for her, but i’m sure she has a team of brilliant engineers working tirelessly every day perfecting her products. If not, feel free to shoot me a note.
