I recently purchased a set of fire alarms for my home, and I am extremely pleased with their performance and reliability. After doing extensive research, I chose the Siterwell fire alarms, and they have exceeded all my expectations.The installation process was straightforward and user-friendly. Each alarm came with a comprehensive manual, and the mounting hardware was included. I was able to install all the units within an hour, even without professional help.The design is sleek and modern, which blends well with my home decor. The build quality feels robust and durable, giving me confidence that these alarms will last for years.

I must have missed the product description said these include a magnetic mount option, which I think is a great idea. Checking smoke detector batteries is one of those things you tend to forget, but if the process of removing them to check the batteries is very easy, it just seems like it's more likely you'll get in the habit of it.I was able to live test these, and the smoke from two large matches was enough to set these alarms off. So it seems like these should be sensitive enough to catch a fire early on, but shouldn't be overly sensitive to things like dust.Another thing I noticed that was very nice is that you can't attach the mounting plates unless there's a battery installed. So there's no chance you'll accidentally stick one of these on the wall if you forgot to put in a battery.Build quality seems good, and the alarm is definitely loud enough to wake someone up in another room.

A mounting plate is shown in the directions, but I received no mounting plates. Two magnets were received for fixing the mounting plate to the wall or ceiling, which I thought was a fine idea, but no plates. Additionally, the long and very detailed instructions do not mention magnets. Some of the reviews mention a ten year battery length, They are mistaken or misled. No 9 volt battery will last that long and the directions say to replace the battery every year. The directions show a red warning light on the test button, but there was no red light on this item. Seem to be wrong directions. I like the size, but this company needs to get its act together.

small but loud. these fire detectors are easy to install and testing is as easy. i still always check them every month even though it says works for 10 years.

We somehow wound up moving into a house with no smoke detectors so we knew this was an immediate need. I hope to never have to test these in a genuine sense but the test beep on it is very loud and will absolutely get your attention should an emergency arise. These were very easy to install and are a decent size. The battery seems big so I feel it will last quite a while.
