Honestly, I'm not knowledgeable enough to distinguish between very high grade, average, or low grade; they all appear quite similar to me. I can't say I've noticed any difference from my period taking it to how I was prior to taking it. Doesn't mean its not working mind, just any benefits of supplements will be I credibly marginal. May be more impactful if you have a chronic condition or serious deficiency in something this has.I've been having it in my morning coffee, using the teeny tiny spoon that comes with it. Dissolves within a few seconds and you can barely taste it. Its not the most appealing supplement I've had as it has the look and consistency of tar. Pretty odourless, I did stick my nose right inside the container and it does has a pungent smell, but you have to pretty much have some in your nose fir it to be an issue.Price currently isn't showing but I vaughly remember it being quite a pricey item. Appreciate that it isn't something that can be produced quickly, hundreds or thousands of years?

Which makes this a quite expensive version. I do think this is a valuble supplement though although it doesn't taste that great. I recently came across a Shilajit Resin supplement that was mixed with honey which made it fantastic to take. I never one forgot to take it. However this is just simple Shilajit although from the marketing a very high grade. I'll be honest and say I'm not expert enough to tell the difference between very high grade average grade or low grade they all look pretty similar to me. So from that perspective it's hard for me to justify the price of this one.
