Blood Orange is the BEST not the Pineapple
I originally tried the blood orange flavor, and it was good so I wanted to try this new flavor of the pineapple and the pineapple is disgusting. For some reason, it gave me the runs. Where’s the other one did not? So now that I’m on my second bag of the blood orange I can honestly say that is the best one I’ve had no issues. I don’t know if it’s doing anything, but it taste good. I have one scoop a day mixed with his collagen and an electrolyte powder for my workouts. But I trust this guy‘s products. I’ve also done my own research which was extensive, and at the end of the day blueprint was still the best. So I’m gonna stick to this even though it’s a little bit expensive.

Can't Use It
The price is high (in my opinion) but with the fact that they do all sorts of quality assurance testing I suppose that's inevitable. Personally I think both flavors are yummy. The problem really is the intense gastrointestinal upset that it causes for most people is just unacceptable. Looking at the ingredients, I have to assume it's all that magnesium citrate - which is used by many as a natural laxative. I used it multiple times per week for months hoping my guts would get used to it, to no avail. I'd try it again if they could make a version that people could tolerate better, but just so maybe I can help someone - the gastrointestinal upset with this product is an EXPECTED side effect, unfortunately.

I recommend
2 months in. I don’t know if it works . But if I’m really getting the benefits listed on the back then I’m ok with continuing using it .I have the red flavor . Yes, it taste awful. But I don’t care what it taste like , as long as I’m getting the supplements listed in the back . I drink once a day .I watched the Bryan Johnson doc on Netflix and I find what he is doing interesting .I do take other supplements as well like boron , fish oils , ashawaganda, magnesium glycinate.I’m am a gym buff and I just want to be healthy .I think the price is fair for what it offers , compared to other product like AG1 which I’m seeing really bad reviews about .

efficient way to get a lot of supplements at once
I had previously been following Bryan Johnson's protocol and felt I did get a number of benefits: better performance in gym and on tennis court, lower anxiety, better sleep, clearer head/less brain fog, but I fell off from the protocol because it became like 40-50 pills per day. So this longevity mix plus getting 2 of the BluePrint pills gets me pretty close to the overall protocol with way less pills. Definitely a good way to try BluePrint plan.Flavor is reasonable. I got blood orange. It's not very sweet, so not like Kool Aid. It feels like just enough flavour to mask the various supplements. I don't think it tastes like dirt. It's reasonable for being a supplement mix with a lot of good stuff in it.I do feel clearer headed with it and expect the ingredients will restore the gym results I had before. It can be a little heavy on your stomach if taken early in the morning on an empty stomach, but in the afternoon after you've been eating something, it seemed to me the same as having a gatorade or some other sports drink, just less sugar-y.Overall, if you look at the list of ingredients, this is a good supplement for any athlete (creatine, taurine, vitamin C, ashwagandha) so even if you're not bought in to to the whole longevity thing, this is going to help you feel better today in your workout.
