Unfortunately the one I ordered first was badly damaged. Sent photos to the company and they did everything possible to make this right for me.A replacement was sent as quickly as possible.Their communication with me was spot on, kept me constantly up to date.Thank you so much

This bistro set is beautiful and I’m so happy with it. Great value for money and it looks great in the garden. You do need to cover it in the rain though as the black part will rust. But a bit of black Matt paint would sort that out and if not it will just look rustic and even more beautiful.

Bought as a gift for my mum's birthday. One issue was that it came packed with a ton of polystyrene, which not only went all over the kitchen when we opened the box, but is sadly un-eco friendly at a time when all companies now have more environmentally friendly packaging options open to them.When assembling, the legs of the table did not line up at all with the holes on the underneath of the tabletop, or at least if you could get them lined up, the feet were then not flat. With some bending and brute force we managed to get the table legs attached to the table top and mostly flat to the floor but it was an effort.From a distance this set looks lovely and overall my mum really loves the look of it and using it, but up close the welding is shoddy and they had painted over some of the places where parts attached so we had to scrape some of the paint of in the process of assembly which was disappointing. More worrying was that the paint flaked away very easily. The set has lasted a month so far for my mum, but it's clearly cheaply made relative to the price I paid so I'll be surprised if it lasts a year.Lastly what worries me most is that at the point of purchase none of these issues had been mentioned in any of the reviews I read. Maybe we had a bad set, but the manufacturing issues seem so fundamental that I also wonder if the more positive reviews about quality are actually genuine...Overall, we've got away with it for my mum, who doesn't really care about quality, but if you want a well made, durable set, I would look elsewhere.

Looks pretty but thought it was expensive for what it is

Nice but arrived damaged, box was ok but table is cracked as ypu can See on photo. I was thinking to return but is very very heavy and with no car is not possible. Looking Nice but bit wobly table as well, but os Nice...

Really disappointed with this. It's such a pretty set and I loved it but I haven't even had it 4 weeks yet we have had hardly any rain not heavy anyway and it has gone rusty already. You would think it would be treated against rust or just that it would last a little longer then 4 weeks with the odd light shower here and there!!

Just right for a coffee or something stronger in the evening sun
