Used this and it worked all summer.. very easy to use

Put around my house in flower beds.

I can say that I’ve not seen anymore little snakes and have had no sightings while camping. However, I would have to see how long they last before replacing them with new ones. They are definitely worth a try. Would I buy them again? Yes. In the Spring.

I put them all around my home and in my garage and also in my water drains,have not seen any snakes

Doesn't work

These smell a lot like mothballs. Come with baggies that I think I'm supposed to put the ball in, but it's not super clear. They don't last too long, but I think are a good way to keep a small scent in areas I don't reach often. They have an issue with humidity. I put one in my garage, on the concrete floor, and the humid weather made it sweat a circle around it. Not sure if it stains or just looks wet for awhile, but fyi.

These are highly scented with peppermint and they come with little fabric bags to put them in. I have seen snakes around our home every spring and summer but since I put these balls around our home this year I haven't seen any. I'm not sure how long they last but I hope they last until winter.

Not sure how effective these are, however based on size and area to cover, these did not go the distance for the size of our yard.
