unlike the other flavours, this one is really tasty. I whizz with a banana and it's like a dessert; use it in the evening to avoid munchies

The reason for the three stars is just because I find the flavour of the Banana and Chocolate shakes that I have tried from the simple series much better (they taste like actual milkshakes) compared to the Vitality ...
The advanced SlimFast "Vitality" shake products are obviously richer in protein (26g) compared to the SlimFast hig protein shake powder series (15g) and it also has green tea extracts. Both series are sugar-free. The reason for the three stars is just because I find the flavour of the Banana and Chocolate shakes that I have tried from the simple series much better (they taste like actual milkshakes) compared to the Vitality Salted caramel. Not sure if this has to do with the increased protein content. But I ended up mixing the Chocolate shake powder with the Vitality Salted caramel, so that I can balance the benefits and the flavour!

The Vitality range of products does what it says on the tin - keeps away the headaches and short-temper that may accompany rigorous weight loss. No idea how they do it but it does work.And personally I think this shake has THE BEST TASTE OF ALL !!!

Lovely tasting.
I love this and as a previous reviewer said I too add bananas to make it a bit like pudding and the best part (for me) is that it tastes just like Butterscotch Angel Delight!
