Good quality, small adjustment needed.
The quality & finish are both great.However, the base of the neck doesn't fit into my tele and will require some adjustment to fit, and will also require holes to attach to body to be drilled.The headstock is also slightly bigger than a standard tele, but not enough to notice unless comparing side by side.But for the price, it's great.
