I picked up the JBL Clip 5 in blue specifically for using by the pool and it's been the perfect summer companion. Don't let the small size fool you – this thing sounds incredible! What I love: Waterproof/dustproof – No stress around the pool. Splash, wet hands, doesn't matter. It handles it all Big sound, small package – The bass is surprisingly punchy for such a compact speaker. Fills the whole pool area Carabiner clip is genius – I clip it to my pool umbrella, fence, beach bag, wherever. So convenient Battery life is legit – Easily lasts multiple pool days before needing a charge. 12 hours is no joke Bluetooth connects instantly – Pairs fast and stays connected. Love it!!! For something that is so small, it's sound is large. Setup was super easy. Definitely worth the money plus more. Its extremely sturdy because I always drop it and nothing happens. The control buttons are easy and fun. Highly recommend it!!!

We use this speaker everywhere! It is durable and water resistant by the pool and easy to connect to any phone. It is loud and clear and the charge lasts forever. It clips to everything and anything. It functions as a portable boombox. The charger charges fast and is enough orange so you know what it goes to. Would recommend to anyone on the move.

I got this for my teenage kids to use in the shower since they have been using their iPhones and they are getting wet. For the price I expected good sound but not INCREDIBLY CLEAR & QUALITY SOUND!! I have a premium brand full sound system that is about 10 years old and I thought sounded pretty incredible. Then I heard this little thing and was blown away. Don't even hesitate! It has a clip to fit easily in portable spaces but does not stand up to work on a table well so that would be the only thing you will want to consider. Perfect for shower, backpack clip, clipping outside deck/patio activities, clip to a hammock, or even outside on a bag or tool bucket while gardening. It's wild how the volume can go super high but it's not disruptive to those far away from it. No matter what volume level you choose, it is still the clearest sound I've ever heard. It has very large volume control buttons right on the front of it that makes it easy to adjust no matter where you are or what you're doing. Enjoy!!!

I bought the JBL Clip 5 to replace and upgrade my JBL Clip 3 last year. I definitely hear the difference in sound quality. It definitely has bigger and better bass. I like the new feature, Auracast. I bought my son a JBL Go 4 and I can't wait to pair them together for bigger sound and surround sound. My Clip 3 still works but it was time for an upgrade. I was also getting tired of the obsolete MicroUSB charging cord. Really, the only downside to the clip 5 is that it doesn't have the microphone to use it during phone calls. I can also tell that the clip 5 has a better battery life. I also can see the difference that it charges a lot faster than the Clip 3. JBL never disappoints. Been using JBL since March 2020 when I purchased the Clip 3.

Great little speaker! I use it in the shower and it gives off decent sound. Only issue I have is the clip is a little small for what I need (clip to the shower bar). You can also link it to the JBL app for added assistance.

Love the sound quality and volume for the size. The clip is very convenient and sturdy for travel. It’s about the size of a hand or smaller and holds a good charge about 36 hours worth. As a shower speaker, this holds up well.
