It works
I had five codes on my jeep jk It work great to clear them out and read them I gave it to a friend and I'm going to get a new one the app is good and simple to operate. but I do think of you want to tune with it the app is not going to work out for you but you should be able to use it with other apps

Such a useful product
This shows much more then the codes. Shows full diagnostics of your car. The app is user friendly and easy to use. It will track your speed and other information while you drive the car then give you a average of the information. If you are in America you will have to change the units in the settings from metric to inches so it displays mph and not km/h. Great value for the money spent, it’s easy to connect and blue tooth to your phone. The size is up and out of the way so is no problem using while you drive.

Simple and it works..
Besides the $2k scanner, I like to have this plugged in when taking trips. Quick access if needed, or to clear to get me home. Isnt fancy, does a simple job, with some data..

Does not fit 2021 nissan sentra OBD port
It doesn't fit 2021 Nissan Sentra OBD port. I had to buy an extension OBD port to make it work. It works good after using the extension.

Not compatible to all cars
I had to return because it did not fit on my 2015 Jeep. However, it was super simple to return & refund was issued.

It's Actually Great
UPDATE 7/15/24This OBD Bluetooth reader and its accompanying app have become my favorite. Turns out it DOES work with leading 3rd party apps such as Car Scanner ELM 327 and inCarDoc. You just have to go into the connection settings in the app and look for BLE or Bluetooth 4.0 (I think). Changing the connection type from regular BT to low energy allows the app to see the V011 device and connect to it.The native app is honestly fantastic, even if it has certain limitations. The device itself has the ability to read ancillary systems like ABS or your tire pressure, you just need to be using an app that supports it. That function isn't built into the native app, but it's not a dealbreaker by any means. The live data stream, although the items are in what seems to be a random order, is great because it's in a font large enough to be easily read while in motion. Not that I'm advocating for using the phone while driving, but sometimes you need to troubleshoot. And once you get used to the order it's no trouble to quickly scroll to the data point you need to check. I do wish they'd let us rearrange the live data into a preferred order though. The code scanning and clearing function is fast and easy, although this is another area where the native app doesn't cover everything. You won't see your instrument cluster codes or your 4WD system codes; that's where your 3rd party apps come in. So why use this one at all? Because it does the basic functions VERY well. The trip data is useful, even if it lacks a mechanism to manually start and stop the tracking. It even does the math for you to give you an idea of how hard you were running and how bad your gas mileage was.I've gone into the original review and deleted parts that no longer apply or where I realized I just hadn't played around with the device and the apps enough yet. I hope it says something about how much this product has grown on me that it has become the first one I reach for, even though I'm spoiled with options.ORIGINAL REVIEW:First, the good. This Bluetooth OBDII code reader is easy to set up and use, and the included app is intuitive and user friendly. The device has red and green indicator lights, which I found useful to let me know if it had power and connectivity. The app provides the basic core functions including checking and clearing MIL codes, reading live data, reporting battery and charging system voltage, trip data, and vehicle performance benchmarks. This latter function includes acceleration and braking time as well as distance. This app offers all three tests on one screen, which gives it a slight advantage over similar apps which relegate each benchmark to its own separate display. The app also includes a code-lookup function so you can finally find out what "P0168" actually means! Now for the cons. The code reader and its app are able to retrieve your VIN without any user input, but you will still need to manually enter your vehicle make and model, as well as engine size and curb weight. The trip data function, while useful, doesn't seem to have a manual start and stop toggle. The "dashboard" feature, which allows real-time monitoring of speed, RPM, and engine temp, does not offer much customization or additional data. This is a disadvantage compared with similar apps; others in the field allow not only a broader range of information to display but also allow the user to select a "heads-up display" mode for safety while driving.Generally speaking I don't have an issue with the efficacy or accuracy of the readings I've thus far obtained with the device. While you can probably do better in terms of feature set, if you're simply looking for something to toss in the glove box and forget about until your check engine light comes on, or a device to provide a second opinion for another scanner you're using, this unit will perform acceptably in that role.UPDATE 5/19/24:I just want to clarify that I like the app. If I didn't have anything to compare it to, I wouldn't know what I was missing. I have noticed that this app works offline, though I haven't tested the code lookup function offline yet.

Wow, very impressive app.
I mean, the unit itself is a plug with a Bluetooth chip so it's great. The impressive part of this tool is the associated software. I use android and I was blown away at the real time and diagnostic applications as well as the instant connection to the internet when you have your code(s) to help diagnose the problem. I have had other scanners but they were not this powerful. This is a very high end amateur tool that could probably do just as well in a professionals toolbox. Having a background in port fuel injection diagnostic and efi (GM Trained) I can tell you this unit is complete and comprehensive. Check out the photos above for the items and conditions it monitors and checks. I plugged this in and it immediately sent me to the code for the bad gas cap I knew I had, and with a click straight to the internet for a description of the code and possible solutions and a parts supplier (one of the brand names that has codes on their website.).Everything is intuitive and seamless, love this little device. Tomorrow we get into the Hyundai. Oh, the above pics were parked in a 2009 Jeep Liberty Sport with 110,000 miles.
