The computer provides great performance, battery life, compatibility, and speed for college nursing school exams. The two c-cable ports provide great compatibility for exams and class presentations. Appearance is sleek and fits easily in backpack. I love the tablet feature and windows pen to take notes during class lecture. Great value for money. I recommend it to every classmate that needs a new computer.

Specific ARM64 software is required. I am using this for work and study. The battery life is incredible compared to legacy Microsoft architecture machines. There are some things that regular consumers need to know before buying these devices. Major software developers such as Microsoft, Google and some VPNs work well, others do not. You may want to do some research. They are Microsoft ARM 64 machines so legacy x86 and x64 software will not work. Some adjustments need to be made. Microsoft has just made this move in the last few years so it will take a while for smaller 3rd party software companies to catch up. The OLED screen is bright and looks great.

Excellent. I like everything about it. This is my family's third Surface Pro courtesy of the Black Friday reduced pricing. It's fast, great storage, compact and who doesn't appreciate the versatility of having a touchscreen AND a keyboard. They're real work horses which is exactly how our love of them began. We use them for business and now entertainment also. I even use the camera occasionally. Use your newer smart phone or a real camera if you want sharper more precisely defined pictures. It has two C ports and I only wish they kept a port to insert a USB memory stick. I don't save everything to One Drive and having the option to once again have the option to use an external flash would be greatly appreciated. So we still use the older models for that very reason. Otherwise it's great!

This is the best configured laptop you can purchase in the window Surface two proline. It has 32 GB of memory and a terabyte of storage. screen is beautiful its the fastest processor. However, the processor is a snapdragon processor and not an Intel processor. This will be fine for most applications that have Software adapted for the Snapdragon processor. For example, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Lightroom online and Photoshop will work, however Lightroom classic will not work very efficiently. Other Adobe products use a software emulation mode to run in the processor which slows it down quite a bit. It would be better to purchase the Intel device if your software application is not available as snapdragon after my version. Topaz products are not optimized for the snapdragon.

The surface pro 11 is one of the strongest out of the lineup so far with so many pros to mention, my 3 most important being its overkill performance, long battery life, and its design and portable OLED touch screen making it great for students on the go like me. The upgrade from the intel chips to the snapdragon X elite is game changing making it the fastest, smoothest, and most capable surface pro yet. The battery life exceeds previous models making it a great rival when comparing to Apple's M chips. Lastly the sleek, minimalistic, and thin design making it very easy to slip into my bag and its kickstand design making it versatile for desk use, note taking, and digital art with the ability to run windows with a touchscreen.

Literally just finished unboxing and updating. It went black and just stopped working completely. Battery showed 94% before that happened. Plugged it back in, charger shows white light, changed to wall outlet like recommended, did forced reset, waited 15 minutes, tried other tips recommended by Microsoft, nothing. For the amount this machine costs this is unacceptable. Now I have to wheel out money to a repair shop to see if the hardware is bad or if something else is going on. *UPDATE 3/14/26 The ubreakifix vendor says they are no longer a services for Microsoft despite what Microsoft website says. This is turning into a literal nightmare. Having to send device back to Microsoft to fix it.

Works perfectly. Love it! I fell in love with the Surface laptop 6 years ago. Wanted to purchase an upgrade and keep the old keyboard and docking station. Unfortunately, the keyboard wasn't compatible, but the dicking station was. Only wish the surface pro could support 3 additional monitors. It can only support 2.

My family has had Surface Tablets since version 1. I enjoy the versatility of using it as either a tablet or a laptop. Being able to write on screen is a plus. Amazon offers the best warranty I would recommend this tablet!

It is expensive but I love it.

Had trouble deciding if I wanted a laptop or a tablet. Now I have both. Works great.

I use Apple products and will continue to use Apple products. I needed Windows and tablet/computer dual function for work. I used to be familiar with Windows but not any more. Without the Copilot I would have returned the device on the second day. With Copilot... very annoying experience. Most of the time, I just give up because of the endless complication. It gives 20 solutions that don't work; after each one it says "it's not you -- this is because...(something or other about complication of windows)." It can't even figure out how to make Copilot always open in a minimized window rather than taking up the full screen and then having to be manually minimized. Stupid things like that, and this decants to more complicated things as well. In fact, often a google search on my trusty Mac will bring up the solution --- meanwhile that Copilot waffles and weaves and wastes time. Horrible experience. The machine itself is very nice and nifty. No complaints with the hardware except for battery life which is not long at all. I am not a heavy user but it heats up nonetheless and the fans go on. I bought a keyboard for it -- the cheaper one, which is still crazy expensive. Wobbles and has an annoying touchpad. But how do people manage with Windows 11?
