Urban Terrain Galaxy Ultra Multispeed High Performance Mountain Cycles for Men with Front Suspension and Dual Disc Brake MTB Bike 27.5T (21 Speed, White)

I recently purchased the Urban Terrain Galaxy Ultra 27.5T during the Great Indian Festival sale for Rs. 7998.00, and I fell in love with it on the first ride. This bike offers a smooth and elegant riding experience, thanks to its excellent gear shifting and shock absorber suspension. The 27.5-inch wider tires provide great comfort and stability, making it a top-notch choice for high-performance mountain biking.The disc brakes are highly effective, even in rainy conditions, and the metal brake clutches on both sides of the handlebar look durable and reliable. Although the installation video didn't cover the disc brake arrangement and the provided tools were inadequate, a mechanic from Urban Terrain assembled the bike for free, which was a great help.Overall, the Urban Terrain Galaxy Ultra 27.5T not only looks sporty and durable but also performs exceptionally well, making it a fantastic value for money. 🚴‍♂️

Extremely Poor Quality – Not Worth the Money at AllI purchased this cycle on 5th November 2024 for ₹8,000, expecting it to be a reliable product for regular use. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst purchases I have ever made.Right from the time of delivery, the cycle showed serious defects. The gear system was faulty — it would not shift smoothly and often got stuck. I immediately contacted customer care, provided detailed explanations, and even sent videos showing the problems. Although they arranged for a technician visit after a few days, the repair done was only a temporary fix. Within a couple of days, the cycle started having even more problems.Repeated problems I faced include:• Pedal became extremely tight while riding, making it difficult and uncomfortable to pedal.• Steering handle bearings broke and the handle became stiff, affecting the cycle’s balance and control.• Gears stopped working again despite earlier repairs.• Tires kept getting flat, even with normal usage and no obvious cause.• The mudguard quality and durability was too bad. Was broken easily.I have had to repair the cycle two to three times every month, and each time it cost me both time and money. Till now, I have spent over ₹2,000 on repairs — that's 25% of the cycle’s original price within just a few months!When I reached out to customer support again explaining the repeated problems and my frustration, they offered only ₹500 as compensation, which is absolutely inadequate considering the amount I had already spent. Their after-sales service feels like they just want to get rid of complaints rather than actually solving them.Overall, my experience has been terrible:Very high maintenance costs.Low-quality components that fail repeatedly.Waste of money and constant stress instead of the enjoyment a cycle should bring.I would strongly advise anyone considering this cycle to stay away from it. There are far better options available in the market for the same price or even less. I regret trusting this brand and I hope others don't have to go through the same frustrating experience.

The cycle is good but do note that my variant comes with paint off the markings and labels. The product came with disk bent but was fixed by the technician manually which is bit inconvenient but it was done nonetheless.Additionally, this is the second time I purchased this, the first time I didn't I was sent a wrong product with no gears and disk bend and rim bend as well. I returned it.Cult technicians are good and they offer good support but he sure to recieve a disk bend if you're ordering this online, that's what the technician also said bdw.Additionally the mudguards came broken but the technicians had similar mudguards with them and they installed those instead of the ones provided.Also as an update fast forward to today, the cycle makes some noise on certain middle gears which is annoying but hadn't gotten to check it once.Overall good cycle, good technicians, bad logistics causing disk bend, rim bend and broken mudguard, and old model since paint is worn off. And yeah some noise now.

Quality check not done properly.Front fork welded joints is not aligned properly so I am unable to fit front tyre. Even I showed to local cycle mechanic, he says fork is defective.. I have received this product on 23rd July. When I started installing the product I found the front wheel is not getting installed. So I raised the concerned on it. Today after 7 days of follow up as well it is not resolved.1. Cult brand did not even did a basic quality check and sent this defective product.2. On raising service inspection, brand technician came in his own way even though date for visit crossed long time back.3. Technician confirmed it is a defective product and it will be exchanged but all verbal no update to Amazon.4. Inspection visit got cancelled automatically after the visit by cult. And now no record of inspection present.5. Amazon has no idea but waiting feedback from the customer.6. At the end new dates are provided for the issue resolution. It’s been nearly 10 days now and no confirmation when it will be resolved.7. I separately raised concern on cult site and their expert are in different world and asking videos and photos to share and later saying we don’t have sync with Amazon so customer has to take care on it and we will do the exchange.8. Product catalogue and QR code for installation is not matched with the product.9. Cult expert asking for details about the cycle by referring some other model. Means they also don’t know about their product and simply saying to customer to check here and there.In summary, after spending huge amount of money and going with brand thinking it is good, It is worst of the worst.BAD PRODUCT QUALITY, BAD PRODUCT SERVICE, BAD PRODUCT RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY BY THE BRAND, NO TRANSPARENCY, WRONG INFORMATION SHARING etc

Got a broken seat reflector and there are a lots of spots where paint has gone off

Front third is not working and rear 1 and 2 gear is not working. Its design is cool .

I visited 5 to 6 shops in Lucknow before purchasing this product. All offline shops are very costly.They offered me dual Disk break and front suspension @11000 rupees.जितनी सस्ती Amazon पर है उतनी कहीं भी नहीं मिलेगी.बचपन का सपना पूरा हो गया भाई.साइकल + बारिश + long drive 😊
