It was fairly simple steps for assembly and is holding the water after 24hrs so far without issue. I’m 5’7” and comfortably fit in the tub legs crisscrossed, but am a bit skeptical of someone much taller fitting easily. I got the bundle that was suppose to come with 4 ice cube molds, but only came with 2. I didn’t notice until after the tub was assembled and I wanted to fill up the molds. Tried to contact customer service to get the 2 missing molds sent but the only way to get them was to send the whole thing back (which was now assembled and full of water). Partially my fault for not checking everything right away but also still annoying that the missing items cannot just be sent… sucks to be out $20 worth of items but probably will just cut my losses since I do like the tub so far.

Totally nailed it with this gift! Bought this as a bday present for my son. He is an athlete and had been trying cold baths at home and at school for recovery.Easy set up, decent quality for the price. Great for someone who wants to see if they’ll use this to create a habit, without breaking the bank. My son has used it every day. They extra ice block trays were a good call… he uses four blocks per plunge.

My first one had the air ring at the top blown out, they shipped me another one no big deal. This one has lasted a month or so but now it’s leaking and I don’t know where. It stays in my garage and isn’t moved so how it’s leaking idk…. Will not be buying another one

The media could not be loaded.  Disappointed!! Just bought this, received today set it up started filling with water and it leaks from all the spaces where the leg poles go. Will be returning and probably buying from a different company unless they can make it right by replacing this one and guarantee no leaking again!
