SO AMAZING MUST READ
I absolutely love this series, I just purchased 1-40 because I could finally do so and it is so worth it! The anime really just gives you a teaser about the grand scheme of whats going on and the volumes just build on it. Its filled with moments that have made me laugh, cry, and want to throw my book across the room haha! The characters are so well done and how they deal with all the complexities in the story is amazing and I cannot wait to purchase the new volumes as they get translated. (I plan on leaving this review on as many volumes as Amazon lets me)

Loved
I liked this more than the other volumes there is more on Yona, Hak and Su-won's relationship along with a great start on romance. I loved the characters so much I especially loved seeing more of how Hak feels towards Yona I just love their relationship in general. I loved the plot it focused mostly on Hak's feelings for Yona and how that plays out in the story there is also a flashback of just how close the three of them were it's just sad that all that is lost now looking forward to reading more soon.

Great emotion and world-building
It's always bittersweet to see Yona, Hak, and Suwon's past together. I can't wait to get more background on the characters and to see Yona and Hak's relationship develop more again. The Kai Empire has been a mystery until now and I'm glad the bunch get to explore and discover, Yun especially. I love how many different genres are put into this series, it makes it all the more captivating.

Best manga out there!
I have just recently got into manga and anime outside of the Dragon Ball universe, and Yona has by far been my greatest experience. It is so easy to fall in love with all of the characters, basically to the point of obsession. Yona starts out as a weak somewhat obnoxious princess, but her relationship to Hak (easily one of the greatest characters ever created) and the loss of her father pushes her into becomes a strong leader. It is incredibly fun to watch her development and by far my favorite part is the development of her relationship to Hak. There is lots of humor, fighting, character development, and a bit of romance and suspense. This series will keep you hooked and will not disappoint. DO NOT PASS THIS UP! You may thank me later. Enjoy!

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ONE
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS ONE!!! If I could, I'd give the Yona of the Dawn series ten stars as a whole. #11 contains more sweet & intriguing backstory; Yona dancing; Hak having a nightmare; great interaction between our characters; lots more good stuff. Guess what can't be hidden any longer...!!!!! My only complaint (and it's a tiny one) is that dear Sinha wasn't involved much, but the volume was so rich I didn't mind. (Would love to see all this made into more Yona anime, too... but PLEASE, no English dubbing this time!)

Good volume!
I really really enjoyed the opening chapter and how it’s a good foreshadowing(?) or at least eye-opening to Su-won and the “power” he holds as being King right now. It was also interesting seeing why Hak is the person he is now, though I guess it’s a double-edged sword because this volume shows how Yona isn’t the only hurting because of Su-won’s actions. My heart aches on behalf of Hak because there is a lot more to him and feel we see that, especially with the nightmare and brief conversation with Zeno. (Seriously, what is this man’s power because of the dragon’s blood?? That’s a lot he was able to pick up on without Hak actually voicing anything.)I know the mangaka has mentioned before that she likes drawing scenes/panels of these characters on the road and doing mundane things (such as washing clothes) and have found I really enjoy it too. This specific volume highlighted those parts a little more then usual and deeply love it!With that, I am enjoying how our horizons are spreading. Though I was surprised how different it was. I didn’t think I had any guesses when it came to other lands and how they were, but the ending was really good in giving insight into things outside of Yona’s home country. (She also looked AMAZING in that garb!!)I’m guessing this is the volume where Yona begins to view Hak differently and was surprised I was not as excited as I thought I would be, though I don’t mean that in a bad way! Surprisingly, my favorite parts have been interactions with the dragons and Su-won. The lack of romance has not been a deal breaker for me nor it is what I’m most looking forward to. Just give me Sinha and Gija with the occasional Su-won in some way and I’m good! LOL!Also anyone else take their time reading these volumes because of the art? I absolutely LOVE the art and caught myself looking at pages over and over because I simply couldn’t get over it. So good!

This one holds a special place in my heart
I really love how Yona and Hak's relationship develops in this one and, also, the manner in which Yona says goodbye to her former feelings. Kusanagi did an amazing job as always
