Being a chronic migraine suffer I have tried a lot of medication over 20 years. The product is really very helpful and highly recommended. I can handle ice as this really works for me, less tablets and a natural way of getting rid of a throbbing migraine. I do recommend having a muslin/ light cloth as it’s really very cold coming straight out of the freezer. Put the cloth around your head and then place the ice pack on top of the cloth.Fallen asleep with this on many times, finally the cold temperature holds really well 30-40 easily. Also pretty handy for burns too

This wrap is great hot or cold its flexible and comfortable directly on the skin.

Although the pack stays cold for ages it’s not very comfortable to wear. I can’t use it with the poppers done up. It’s also quite heavy to wear. Good to use if you’re not moving around.

This feels nice and cool against my sore neck when it first comes from the freezer and it it malleable enough to follow the curve of the neck nicely. It doesn't stay cold for as long as a proper ice pack but it definitely has advantages.However it could do with being better constructed. The velcro is very strong, and in fact it seems to be stronger than the stitching. I have only used it twice, but one of the velcro pieces is already coming away from the gel pad because the stitching isn't strong enough to cope with the velcro being pulled apart. It isn't really acceptable to have to repair something after such a short amount of use.

Item arrived promptly, well packaged and with easy-to-use instructions. My partner uses regularly for tension/muscular neck ache and finds it very helpful. Inadvertently I input seller feedback against this order that should have been against a different seller/order that didn't come up to scratch and I can't amend it. This order was a good experience and a good product to boot. Apologies for my error.

Once again an excellent product no complaints.

Ideal shape for neck

Pack is 26.8in x6.89in but hubby with 16.5in collar not able to close the pack’s top stud. Still comfortable with bottom stud closed.

Vorweg: für mich sind die 5 Sterne Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehbar. 1,5 Strne ziehe ich persönlich ab, weil der Klettverschluss ein Nogo ist. Er ist hart und schließt nicht richtig. Er kratzt auf der Haut und man muss was drumherum legen. Deshalb auch 4 aufgerundete Sterne.Ansich sehr gut. Ich gebe das Teil in den Kühlschrank und nehme es bei Bedarf raus. Die kühlende Wirkung ist sehr gut. Der Verschluss geht gar nicht.

Das Produkt ist sehr praktisch und liegt gut am Hals. Es kühlt wunderbar. Aber es hat zwei Schwachstellen a) es riecht furchtbar, auch nach der Handwäsche und dann ist da b) ein sehr fieser Klettverschluss, das heißt, man muss selber das Teil umfunktionieren oder aber man trägt ein T-Shirt drunter. Somit wird es nicht richtig kühl oder aber man zerkratzt sich den Brust/Halsbereich. Das finde ich blöd. Somit ist das Teil für mich nicht gut nutzbar.
