Good ramekins, but too shallow.
The ramekins are great and I love that it comes with 6 instead of 4 like other sets. I got these ramekins for crème brûlée and the only problem is that these ramekins feel a little too shallow, which makes the custard:brûlée ratio a little off and it’s very easy to spill water over the sides when it’s in a water bath.

These are 4oz not 6oz. Measured with water. Fills up at 114g(or 114ml)4oz is 118ml.
