You get a lot for the money. Everything works well. My favorites are the rubber egg and the adjustable squeezer. The one that has the rubber things that go on your fingers doesn't really work well for me, but that might just me. I keep them buy my recliner and use them several times a day, and they have made a real improvement in my grip strength. I would recommend these to anyone interested in improving their hand strength and circulation.

I love it ! It’s really great quality , and strong and it has many different options to make your hands very strong . Also, you can choose how hard you want it to be , many different options . I had many of these in the past but this one is really top quality. I use it all the time and my fiance also . I really recommend this . !

It's a great bundle that does what it should for a great price. Only thing keeping from 5 starts is the finger flex included. I'd prefer the kit cost a little more and the flexor be a bit more useful. It just felt like the outer fingers never received the right level of resistance. They were either too easy without any resistance and near falling off or they were too hard and painful. I'm not sure how to design it better, but it needs it. Given all the items received, this isn't a deal breaker unless that's the main thing you want. If that's the case, skip the set and find a better one.

This is junk. Crappy plastic from China that comes apart within 1 minute of using the hand grip. Do NOT buy.

Lowkey, it’s way too much stuff. No one man should have all this grip stuff. The ball and squeezy ring thing are pretty lame, the hand and finger contraption is awkward and useless in my opinion.The adjustable grip and the smaller non adjustable grip are cool and feel like good quality at least.My biggest issue is now my grip is too strong and I break everything I touch. I’ve lost loved ones and pets. I can’t shake hands with anyone. I’m on my third phone today and my mouse for work is unrecognizable at this point I need an assistant to type all of my messages and reviews. Sometimes they don’t type what I need them to type and I get in trouble for what’s said. That’s not anyone’s problem but my own.All in all, it’s an alright product.

I only use the adjustable grip trainer. Everything else seems like a waste of time. The grip trainer, though works great and the adjustable strength is very useful.
