Works great and is compact enough for travel.

Compact and easy, but not durable
I use this all the time as a mobile IV infusion nurse. It works well and is very compact and easy to carry around, however the screws that adjust the height strip out after a couple months. I really wish it was more durable because buying a new one every few months doesn't make a lot of sense and is very wasteful.

Care must be taken that tripod rests on floor. If center pole contacts floor IV pole will be unsteady.
