It actually works!
I've tried so many vitamins over the years, but this is the first multivitamin that truly made a difference for me. For a long time, I dealt with weak nails, body aches, poor sleep, digestive issues, and just not feeling my best overall. شفت المدح عليه و شريته لكن صراحة يمغص البطن مرررررة ...و لتخفيف المغص حاولي تاخذيه على معدة مملوءة كويس يعني بعد الوجبة الرئيسية و افصلي الحبتين عن بعض ع الاقل ربع ساعة مستمرة عليه من اربع ايام بس ما اعتقد اكرر التجربة مع الاستمرار عليه خف المغص كثيرررر ممكن تعودت عليه لكن ثقيل شوي ع المعدة ...و صراحة فرق معاي النشاط مررررة احس اني نشيطة طول اليوم احسن من قبل و النوم صار افضل ...
