First off, let me start off with the price of this. I got this for only $109 and it’s a 180hz FULL HD monitor?! It was a steal. Let me list some pros and cons: Pros: - Great quality - Lots of modes - Low blue light mode for dim areas - Great brightness - Great functionality - Tilt adjustable - Easy to set up - GREAT price Cons: - The stand color is a little weird - Stand is a little big for smaller desks Overall this monitor is a great budget option for people who want to play competitive games with some work on the side. The low blue light modes are also great if you sit at a screen in a dim area!

Amazing quality, good size, and holds well to gaming.

To who ever buys this I have bought 2 monitors and have had them for a year. BUY ANY OTHER MONITOR OUT THERE! Both my monitors have broke. Idk if it’s because of shipping or manufacturing but both screens have these white lines all over the screen and this white haze, making it hard to navigate anything. Mind you I rarely use these monitors. (I started to get busy and use my pc less) It started out with me just casually using it like normal for YouTube and such and then a white flash and bang the white lines appeared. Recently brought to place that fixes PCs and they said they could replace the screen because it is broken that’s why the lines are showing up but it’ll cost the same as the price I bought it for plus extra for labor fees. The guy said it would be best just to buy a whole new monitor. - I plugged an old monitor I had and it is def the monitor only NOT my tower.

Compré un monitor Acer y, al principio, todo parecía perfecto: excelente calidad de imagen, colores increíbles y buen desempeño general. Sin embargo, después de apenas tres meses de uso, el monitor presentó una falla repentina. Puede haber sido un defecto de fábrica o algún daño durante el envío desde Estados Unidos a mi país, pero lo realmente decepcionante no fue el fallo en sí, sino la experiencia con la garantía. Antes de comprar, revisé los términos de garantía de Acer. Según su política, ofrecen cobertura para toda América y mencionan que la garantía es transferible, por lo que asumí que estaría cubierto, aunque en mi país no haya una tienda física o distribuidor autorizado de Acer. Cuando el problema ocurrió, contacté al soporte técnico. Por teléfono me confirmaron que sí estaba cubierto y me enviaron los formularios para el proceso de garantía. Completé todo correctamente, pero al día siguiente recibí una respuesta completamente distinta: la garantía no aplicaba porque el producto fue comprado en otro país. Es decir, solo ofrecen garantía a nivel nacional, aunque en sus documentos promocionan una supuesta “cobertura internacional”. Contacté nuevamente al soporte por escrito, pero me dieron la misma respuesta: que si lo compraste en Estados Unidos, solo puedes hacer válida la garantía dentro de ese país. Esto contradice completamente lo que publicitan en sus propios documentos. En resumen, si estás pensando en comprar un monitor Acer: • Ten en cuenta que su control de calidad no es el mejor, ya que muchos usuarios reportan fallas tempranas. • No esperes una garantía confiable si vives en un país sin presencia oficial de Acer. • Y sobre todo, no confíes en la supuesta “garantía internacional”, porque en la práctica no la cumplen. Una verdadera decepción. No volvería a comprar un producto Acer ni lo recomendaría a nadie que no viva en un país donde la marca tenga soporte oficial.
