Is the neck massage height adjustable?

The neck massage section is not height-adjustable. Because body height and seated position vary, the neck nodes may contact different areas for different users. We recommend adjusting your sitting position or chair setup for a more comfortable fit.

Can I adjust the massage position on my back?

Yes. For the back massage, you can use the Spot function together with the up/down arrow buttons to move the massage heads to the desired position. You can also select Full Back, Upper Back, or Lower Back massage areas.

Is the neck cover washable?

Yes. The neck cover is detachable and washable. The main unit should not be machine washed or immersed in water.

What should I do if the Shiatsu massage feels too strong?

Install the removable intensity-control flap for a softer massage. If you still find the Shiatsu too intense, place a folded towel or blanket between your back and the massager to further reduce pressure.

Why did the massager suddenly stop after about 15 minutes?

This is normal. The massager has a 15-minute automatic shut-off for safety. Let the unit rest before restarting.
