This roasting tray is excellent - it’s the first non stick cooking item I’ve tried over many years that is truly non stick. Everything cooks evenly, the tray itself is reassuringly heavy without being too heavy to carry with food in it. Although it can go in the dishwasher its non stick properties mean that hand washing is very easy . Most non stick cookware cannot be cleaned in a dishwasher , so it’s an added bonus. I’m so pleased with it that I’ve purchased other Scoville cookware items , all of which are excellent and non stick, even after many uses. The item arrived promptly and well packaged. I’m delighted with the whole experience.
