Blitzart 38" Dual Motor Electric Longboard Skateboard 25mph 700W Dual brushless Motor

I bought this and loved it when I got it. It worked alright, despite minor problems with the grip tape and remote connection. One day while I was riding at a higher speed and the deck completely snapped while I was moving! I am sure I did not hit anything, and I was very injured. The company only offers to replace my deck, which requires a lot of assembly, and I asked for my money back or a new board but they wouldn't let me because it "didn't break within the 30-day warranty"; I had owned the board for 28 days as the company should have known, but they simply wouldn't budge. I would not buy this product! Spending a little more on a better name is well worth it.

Shipped much later than promised (almost missed Christmas) and there were several scratches and dents in the metal battery housing. Overall I would say this item is a good value.

My son was really excited for this item. It came much later than expected but they were open with communication and I realize mail is slow right now... as far as the skateboard it doesn’t hold a charge for as long as would be expected which is disappointing. It also gets stuck in gears sometimes which took some figuring out. I was suppose to get an upgraded controller and I’m 99% sure it isn’t the upgrade they told me they’d send. Also - when they say it’s heavy they aren’t kidding! It’s heavy and a awkward shape so if it dies far from home you better call for backup!
