Love these!!
These are awesome! So great to have them in the pantry because they last forever and turn into fresh-tasting mushrooms when cooking. They taste amazing!

Decent tasting mushrooms
I love mushrooms and usually buy fresh. However, as prices go up, fresh isn't the economical option because they spoil so quickly. These dried mushrooms are comparable in taste to fresh - perhaps slightly milder. I used them in a pasta primavera dish. I soaked them for about an hour before I planned to use them. This definitely helped to plump them up, but they were still a little chewy. This texture is expected, so it wasn't a turn off.I did like how they were minimal effort and that they were cleaned and stemmed already. This was definitely more convenient than buying fresh whole mushrooms. And had way more taste (and less salt!) than canned mushrooms. All in all, I'd get again.

Delicious
These are some delicious tasting shiitake mushrooms. After soaking them in water for a bit they stop being dried out and they can easily be sauteed. They taste so good that way. They can be added to a lot of different dishes to add some powerful taste and nutrients. Shiitake mushrooms are full of nutrients. I recommend reading about their benefits, there's a lot of interesting information. I don't know how well the nutrients have held up in these. But I've read that although drying mushrooms can reduce the nutrient content, generally the majority of nutrients remain at slightly lower amounts than if the mushrooms were fresh. Anyway, the convenience of these dried mushrooms is worth the tradeoff of having slightly less nutrition than fresh/wet mushrooms.

Tasty
After soaking these in water, they plump up perfectly and are delicious in stir frys, rice, soups, etc. It has a nice meaty mushroom flavor and has the perfect amount of chew without being too tough. Definitely elevates a dish and adds lots of flavor.

Good quality & delicious
These are really tasty dried mushrooms! They do take a long soak to rehydrate and are still pretty chewy but that is appealing to me. The flavor is excellent and the bag has all of the correct information and disclosures as required by the USDA. They are on the pricier side and don't include instructions but all in all I would purchase again

Perfect for soups! Takes a long soak
Exactly as expected, which is good! I love getting these from Asian markets and I'd say these are on the same level IMO, takes pre-planning to use though so set some time aside for a long soak in preparation. Sometimes microwaving helps speed it up though!

Like it with sauces.
My partner likes the mushrooms a lot and so I add a few to any dish I make that has a creamy sauce. He does not want them to dominate the dish but just add to it some. I did find the flavor of these to be mild and not bad tasting at all, and I do not care for mushrooms most of the time. Our favorite creamy dish is stroganoff and these go well in it.

Dried Shiitake Mushrooms. Umami flavor.
These are wonderful to have on hand for vegetable broths and stocks. They add plenty of umami flavor with little effort. They can be diced or sliced, but should first be rehydrated by soaking in water. They are even better when you add some garlic powder to complement them. They work well with beef, pork, chicken, and pasta. These arrived as expected and were pretty good. There is a mercury warning on the bag. The value is okay.
