Clearly I have yet to own this item, but having seen the press release I can definitely recommend it to any nghfb/oasis fan! To put all official Oasis dvd releases to shame, this is a 2 dvd set, with this limited edition boasting a bonus cd.Amazon has no details yet, so here goes...The first DVD contains nghfb's entire performance at London's O2 Arena on 26th Feb 2012 - this concert features full backing choir on about 7 tracks, and was broadcast on Absolute Radio live, so audio bootlegs do exist; however, for some reason new song Freaky Teeth was not inclded in that broadcast, and thankfully does feature here! Out of the many dates played this year, the choir and full setlist make this a brilliant choice for the main attraction.Dvd 2 features an additional two live performances; the first a special acoustic show at the Mod Club in toronto performed on 5th Novemeber last year, setlist of which is as follows: It's Good to be Free, Talk Tonight, If I Had a Gun, Supersonic, Wonderwall, AKA What A Life, Half the World Away, and Don't Look Back In Anger; all songs acoustic with backing piano, making for some unique versions. This concert also exists as audio bootlegs, however only from audience sources, so an official source promises superior quality. Only downside of this being the one acoustic show chosen from the seven or so the band have performed on tour (Glasgow, Milan, Camden, Kerrang, Q Radio etc) is that this gig doesn't include the rarely played D'Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman (performed a handful of times this year), or the even less played Angel Child (performed once at the War Child gig on 14th August 2012).Dvd 2 also features nghfb's performance at the NME awards earlier this year on 29th February, where Noel recieved his Godlike Genuis award - setlist: Everybody's on the Run, Dream On, If I had a Gun, aka What a Life, Half the World Away, Don't Look Back In Anger. This performance has been made available on a Japanese tour edition of the nghfb album previously, but can now be purchased here much more easily and at a far better price.To finish off dvd 2 is the Ride the Tiger 20 minute music video, comprising the official videos for the first 3 nghfb singles, and featuring Russell Brand. A nice extra, if readily available online.Last but by no means least the bonus CD. This could easily, in my opinion, stand alone as a massivly significant release. The disc features demos for all ten tracks on the nghfb album, as well as for the If I Had A Gun acoustic b-side I'd Pick You Every Time, and The Death of You and Me b-side (regularly played live) The Good Rebel. While we unfortunately don't get a demo for third original b-side Let the Lord Shine A Light on Me (by far the best in my opinion, and occassionally played live abroad this year), we do finally get an official release in demo form of new song Freaky Teeth, which has been played live very regularly throughout the nghfb 2011/12 tour (indeed from the very first gig in dublin), but never been released officially in any form until now. The rarity of officially released demos from the Oasis era, combined with the inclusion of Freaky Teeth, make this limited edition a must buy for any Noel/Oasis fan!To round off, this limited released comes in a hardback book style case, with a booklet and, apparently, an nghfb wallet - as if we could dare ask for anything more!No Oasis DVD release comes close to this content wise, and at roughly £20 it would be the understatement of the year to say that this is good value!

Enjoyable

I got my item on day of release, as usual with Amazon's delivery services. I watched it immediately. It was amazing! One of the best products I've bought all year, if not THE best! The sound is great, so is the picture. Couple that with the Best songwriting talent to come out of Britain, and a great Band to back him up and you have one of the best live gigs you could ask for. There is also a 20 Page art book, with Pictures of concerts and fans. All content was carefully produced and put together. The Demo's on the CD are great, Freaky Teeth being my favorite, and the acoustic set at The Mod Club was a brilliant intimate Gig too. All in all the DVD was perfect! I recommend it to every Noel Gallagher fan and every Oasis fan. The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be. Noel Gallagher!

A wonderful performance from one of the UK's biggest rock stars. The High Flying Birds songs sit comfortably with the Oasis classics and Noel is in fine vocal form. For me the show highlights are Everybody's On the Run, If I Had a Gun, Supersonic, Whatever, Freaky Teeth, Broken Arrow, The Importance of Been Idle and Don't Look Back in Anger. The addition of the church end choir and a brass four piece helps bring.a number of the songs alive! The bonus features are also very good. The NME awards performance is fantastic and the demo CD gives an insight into how the album took shape. All in all this is a wonderful package and possible the best DVD released in Noel's whole career.
