I have used normal pillows througout my life, and getting used to this pillow was a challange in the begining, but eventually I got used to it. It's has definitely helped me with my neck pain issues. From the first night, I noticed a big difference in the way I slept. Its ergonomic design really cradles your neck and shoulders perfectly leading to better comfort and also helps alleviate the pain. Plus, it's hypoallergenic, so no more waking up with itchy red eyes or stuffy nose. The memory foam is just as expected, a right mix of firm and soft but I would not say its like sleeping on a cotton cloud.The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is because it takes a couple of days to get used to its shape specially if you've never used a cervical pillow before. But once you do, it's totally worth it. Now a days, I wake up feeling refreshed with no annoying neck stiffness. If you're on the fence about trying a new pillow, I would recommend giving this one a shot. Your neck will thank you!

We got this for my husband to use.It seems to be made well.The foam feels durable.It is comfortable with the amount of compression it has compared to the amount of comfort cradling.The curve provides a good support.The adjustable layer is a nice feature to be able to control the height without sacrificing comfort.We would buy this again.

Overall, this is a very well-made pillow. It feels soft and has a quilted cover along with sturdy foam and two sides of different heights to accommodate side sleepers and back sleepers. Unfortunately, I got a headache both nights I slept on it, so it did not help with neck or back tension whatsoever.

I was really hopeful about this memory foam pillow since it's advertised for neck relief. I have bad nerve damage in my neck, so I'm very picky with pillows. Unfortunately, this one wasn't the right fit for me; it was too firm, and I had to switch back to my regular pillow after just a couple of hours.However, it's a different story for my husband! He really likes it and finds it very comfortable, although he does wish it were a little thicker. It is made of high quality material and he's pretty impressed with it overall.Pillows are definitely a personal preference thing. I need something softer that molds completely around my neck, which this one didn't do. But that doesn't mean it won't work for someone else. If you're considering it, it might be worth a try. Just keep in mind that it doesn't work for everyone!

The Sinomax Contour Memory Foam Pillow is so very comfortable! It is soft, and made of memory foam, so it retains it's shape no matter how much weight is put on it, or how long it's used. This pillow hugs/cradles my neck in the perfect way, so that it relieves any pain, and discomfort. It has really helped improve my quality, and length, of sleep. I don't wake up in any kind of pain, and I feel rested. It's a high quality, well made, and well designed cervical pillow. It seems like it's a little on the expensive side, but what the cost is paying for is the high quality, and comfort, received. I'd highly recommend it!

I have lots of different pillows. I really needed one for my neck. The memory foam feature sounded great to me. Sounds like the comfort I needed. But this foam was way too hard! I woke up the next morning with an extremely sore neck. It was a nice size and the shape was great. But the firmness made me unable to use it. It may work for others, just not for me. It comes with a nice cover that can be removed for washing.

Beautifully made and extremely comfortable. Soft and yet supporting - a clever combination. Up there for a pillow, but worth it if it gives you some decent sleep for a change. Yes, definitely worth it.
