For a single-cat household, it is recommended to change the litter bag every 3-6 days and clean the litter box thoroughly every 1-2 months. For multi-cat households, adjust the frequency as needed.

What is the return process?

You are eligible to return the unit within the 30-day return window. For your convenience, please keep the original package box. Before returning, please make sure that the SNOW+ litter box is in its original, clean condition.

Need more than 30 days to try?

If your cat requires more time, we are happy to extend the trial period to 60 days or more. Please reach out to us for help.

Litter sticking to bottom?

Please add more cat litter each time you dispose of the used litter. We recommend using fine-clumping litter. Set the automatic cleaning time to more than 10 minutes.

Is there limited space inside?

Cats weighing under 9 kg and measuring up to 65 cm can enter easily.
