Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I cut it to fit and slapped it on my fireplace and my problem was solved.

This prouduct worked just as described it fit perfect and keeps the drafts out and you dont even notice its thereits well made and worth the money as it will be used for years to come

I do wish it was a bit more magnetic. Don't get me wrong, it totally works. Its eliminated the draft below the fireplace and looks good. Provided instructions were great. But it doesn't stick well on the top. But that might just be my fireplace. Would recommend.

This was a great purchase and I bought 2 magnets for the top and bottom vents. First, the magnets are fit to your specific sized vents. All I had to do was let the magnets warm up and put them on. Does it work? A week before getting these magnets I had a towel tucked in front of the lower vent (our temps dipped down to -5F) . While the towel helped, ice began forming on the fireplace. This week, we're dropping down to -22F with the wind chill. As soon as I put these magnets on, we noticed a different. The temp went up and our feet aren't cold. Did I also mention how fast shipping was? They came a week early, which worked out for me because our temps have dropped to historic lows. The only negative I can come up with is the cost. But at ordering, I figured I would easily recoup that in my heating bills. I'm really happy with this purchase.

Great fit, easy to install/remove, keeps draft out!!! Should have bought this years ago-great customer service.

It's just a simple magnetic strip, but it keeps the fireplace vents perfectly sealed. On our black firplace its almost invisible unless you do a close-up inspection. Just peel off to run fireplace. Easily trimmed with scissors if necessary. Customer service was excellent. After placing order, I realized I didn't order enough strips. Seller made sure second order was packed in same box and I was only charged once for shipping.

Glad I ordered this item, it worked perfectly as planned. I was nervous at first as I tried to place it fresh out of the package, and it wouldn’t stick. Please make sure you read the warming instructions that come with the cover, once I followed those instructions the magnetic cover stuck easily to stop the cold air from filing our family room this winter. It’s an excellent item.

Magnets stick to my fireplace vents with no issues. This product isn't even strong enough magnetically to overcome the light residual roll left in the material from shipping.I've had to purchase actual magnets to hold it in place.It's basically the La Croix of magnet material, like it was made in a factory next door to a factory that makes magnets.
