Is it easy to get off? Does it damage my car paint when get it off?

It's thicker(0.051inch/1.3mm)-Fully Magnetic , No Blow off Easy and put on repeatedly will not affect efficacy.

Are these suitable for a scooter

Only if it has metal panels to attach them! They are strongly magnetic, and quite heavy, so wouldn't "stick" with anything else on plastic!

I bought these in September and the one on the bonnet has discoloured the paint. It won’t polish out and I’ve been quoted £250 to respray the bonnet.

At the moment we have not had this problem as we do not leave them on the car. We only put the L plates on when out driving then take them off on our return. Sorry to hear they have damaged your paintwork!
