I searched for melatonin and Amazon showed me this. My fault for assuming when you search for something, you'll be shown it. But let me be clear, THESE DO NOT WORK.Melatonin works. Night nurse works. These voodoo, vegan, magic water tablets are absolutely useless and I guarantee anyone saying otherwise eats far to much soy and "can't do dairy".Avoid this rubbish. Overpriced, ineffective, garbage for people with more money than sense.

Doesn’t work the same for everyone. My mum and I are bad sleepers. It has been a game changer for her but made little difference for me and affected my mood. That being said, definitely worth a try!

This is quite good and does relax you. I still wake up in the night though.

The Hypnozan hasn't had any affect on me so I have some med from my gp.

Expensive, especially since they don't help sleep in any way. Save your money.
