I am always looking for ways to help my sore muscles. I wanted to try something different since I found out in allergic to adhesives on patches. This product works really well. I love the roll on, it's not too overwhelming with the cooling effect, and it lasts a few hours for me. The smell isn't harsh like other brands and it dries so fast.I've herniated a disc so my muscles in my back tend to tighten up as a defense when I exercise which causes bad headaches. Whenever I feel a little sore or tight, I just roll this on and I feel it really does help. I don't feel like I need to keep applying it. It just works to help my muscles relax a bit and I'm good for the day.I definitely would recommend this and will buy again when I finish up this bottle.

This didn't help me at all. I've put it on my knees and elbows and didn't feel much of anything. I also tried it on my lower back, and it is 0 help. I bought this because of positive reviews, but after trying I would return it!

I was wanting something more natural than Icy Hot after being rear ended. This worked great! When I first put it on, I didn’t feel anything. However, after a couple of minutes I got that same hot and cool sensation! Definitely recommend to anyone who’s more conscious about what they put on their body.
