Ohhhh-kayyySo I feel like an idiot because I am just now finally trying some of these. And they are FANTASTIC! WOWI have been buying parchment baking paper for years. That stuff has been my go-to because I bake a lot. Not just rolls and cookies, but meats and veggies etc. And the parchment helped with easy clean-up and no sticking without using oils or butters.Problem with parchment paper is it's a one time use and in the trash. And I'm trying to be less wasteful so definitely want to stop doing that!So I ran across these Matt's recently while shopping for more parchment paper and I saw a good deal for a set of 2 - think it was like $5 and the parchment paper costs the same so, why not? The reviews were good. I've used these daily since receiving them. I did a light hand washing of them before first use. One I left whole for a large cookie sheet that I use. The other I cut in half to use as 2 separate mats on the tray in my toaster oven. Fits great! Works fantastic. I can't get over how happy I am with these. Nothing sticks! Rolls come out perfectly browned etc. And clean-up is easy. Baked breads I just wipe the mat off with a damp paper towel and things like pork chops I wash the mat with dish soap, although I also stuck one in the dishwasher and it came out fine afterwards.I highly recommend purchasing these. Their great!

Fantastic product. Bought for my Sister in Law, and she loves it. Makes baking and cleaning so much easier.

Tin foil works, but I was looking for something a little longer lasting and easier to use. This is better. It cleans okay; however, I was hoping that it would be better at resisting stains.

Where have these been all of my life?? These mats are a game changer when baking anything in the oven. I used to line my baking pans with aluminum foil to cut down on clean up time. Things would stick to the foil. Not these! Some items would burn on the bottom, but not with these sheets. Clean up consists of spraying them down with Dawn and then wiping clean. Easy peasy! My husband saw how great they worked and now he even uses them! They did have a little bit of a smell out of the package, but after washing them once, the smell was gone. I wish I had discovered these sooner!

I actually purchased these to cut and place on the bottom crumb tray of my Breville Smart Oven. The cut mat doesn't move or fray, and is pretty easy to clean; when one gets really discolored, I simply replace it with another. Good value.
