Descant at full hight as stepladders but impossible to use at any hight other than 2.5 metres as will fall over!! as I didn’t listen to other reviews at my expense 🙄 they are very awkward to Raise and lower and are heavy I went for the strongest model for trade use which they are not as no trade person would ever put up with the Awkwardness of putting them up ( that’s if they fit as I got the tallest ones ) and taking them down ( which is not easy)The quality is great and can’t fault the customer service as I had parts missing for the legs and within days they’d sent replacements I think it was me hoping for more as I will be putting them in the garage and buying some single telescopics and some stepladders as they don’t work combined

Very pleased with this ladder - suggest that you like me pay the extra and get the professional model with stabiliser either end - easy to use and a good height, have not used it yet fully extended but certainly used with confidence very solid - comes with tidy bag to boot.

I like the product as a step ladder but it is very wobbly when fully extended as a straight ladder. The centre hinge feels like it could buckle under weight, so I would be unhappy using it to reach any height. I am sure it is well designed and meets the required standards, but I am used to going up a ladder and this one doesn't give me any confidence. It is very easy to extend, but less each to contract because you can't do both sides at once and, as I found to painful cost several times, it is very easy to trap your fingers. If you can get over the wobbling and feeling it could collapse, it appears well made. The concept is good, but I would only buy a straight one and not a combined step and straight ladder.

This ladder is dangerous and not fit for purpose. In step ladder mode you can’t climb as it tips over. Unless you fancy a new hip stay clear

This step ladder is amazing, looks really stable and it's heavier than expected, but this is, in my humble opinion, good.The bag is useless as it does not fit the ladder with the extended feet and I think nobody is going to unscrew the 4 bolts every time just to get the ladder into the bag. Some scratches on the black part, nothing major, I could easily do them the first use.The outside box was broken, this is carrier fault.

Not the easiest thing in the world to use, rather heavy and doesn't fit in the bag with the stabilisers on. But has a sold feel to it and I would trust it, which is the most important thing. Overall recommended.
