Excellent for barbell rows
Ideal for barbell T rows and as a barbell attachment for belt squats. Not sure what weight this is rated to but 200kg belt squats have been performed on dozens of sets without issue. Very easy to adjust and fits two inch barbells perfectly. Decent length of chain.
