Comfortable
It's very comfortable. What I like most is that you can adjust it to the size of your neck with the closure it has and it holds up well while you sleep. Other times it would be loose. The fabric is soft and it folds and stores easily in its case.

It is helping me a lot

A Bit Too Big for My Neck
I lost my favorite neck pillow and thought I'd try this one. The good news is, it does support my jaw, thus preventing my head from dropping on the plane when I fall asleep. The bad news is, its circumference is a bit big (with the straps tightened to the max) for my neck. For adults with thicker necks, it should be ideal....Just too big for my scrawny neck!

Good
Had few neck pillows before, but they all too low and soft - like for people with huge necks. My head always fall to the side. This one much better. Sides are high, can tighten it good, and head stays up. Really like it so far. Also small bag is nice, keeps it clean and easy to clip on backpack.

Small and comfortable
