It is helping me a lot
I really like the shape and design of this pillow. It makes my neck feel supported and helps keep it in the right position, which is especially important to me since I recently had an accident. It’s been a great help during my recovery — both comfortable and reassuring.

Good
Had few neck pillows before, but they all too low and soft - like for people with huge necks. My head always fall to the side. This one much better. Sides are high, can tighten it good, and head stays up. Really like it so far. Also small bag is nice, keeps it clean and easy to clip on backpack.

I recently used the BSAMW Travel Pillow on a long-haul flight and was genuinely impressed. Must have while travel
Used this pillow on a long flight—super comfy and great neck support. Packs down small, which is perfect for travel. The cover is soft and easy to wash. Definitely a must-have for trips

A Bit Too Big for My Neck
I lost my favorite neck pillow and thought I'd try this one. The good news is, it does support my jaw, thus preventing my head from dropping on the plane when I fall asleep. The bad news is, its circumference is a bit big (with the straps tightened to the max) for my neck. For adults with thicker necks, it should be ideal....Just too big for my scrawny neck!

Very comfortable
This was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep on my long plane flight. My wife confirmed that I didn’t even snore- which never happens at home, lol

not for me
these are not for me, not comfortable around the chin and neck, it rises up to high for me and is not soft, kind of hard. plus the material is scratchy on the skin. I prefer the old style that is round, covered with plush fabric with is soft and stuffed with soft filling. simple, comfortable and inexpensive. I wound up donating to Goodwill.
