A few hiccups before putting this island together but it was worth it.When delivered I didn’t realize there was a second package. I thought maybe I got a defective package. So I called (which wasn’t even to much trouble) right away they helped. They told me the second package had gotten damaged during shipping and it had to be returned. So right away they sent me what I needed. Which it didn’t take long to arrive with in a few day's it was delivered.I’m so happy. 😁 Just a heads up though .. to put it together a second set of hands might be a good idea. The top part is a bit heavy. Also there is like probably 20 some steps so if you order this make sure you have patience 😆. It really isn’t that hard to put together though. You just need patience 😄.Hope this helps 😊.

So let me start by saying this is very cute and has plenty of space. I love that it has a little bar for people to sit at. However, getting this has been a chore. The first one shipped missing a piece so after part of it was put back together, I had to take it apart, and send it back. It took two attempts to get the package picked up because the boxes were too heavy to take back on my own. The second one arrived with all the pieces, but several dents and scratches. Luckily Amazon’s customer service was great. I’ll be keeping this one and repairing because it is what I was looking for even if has some cosmetic issues.

This is the second product I've received from Amazon where there were missing parts. I need some kind of assembly instructions for this product immediately and hardware! This IS NOT A CHEAP PRODUCT. This is terrible service and atrocious packaging. I do not know if I even received all the parts!!!!!

This was generally a nice piece of furniture although it came in thousands of pieces and took forever to construct. Unfortunately, one side (the side with the stools) is made from Flimsy cardboard. I’m not sure why they would do this given the solid material used on All the other parts. Unfortunately this limits its usefulness.

The media could not be loaded.  It was fairly easy to put together! Definitely need another person to help with putting the top and bottom on because it’s heavy. The drawers are spacious and i love the sitting area with chair. It’s been great to host people.
