works, not greatest fit
Will work, but not the greatest fit. Using to extend heated resmed airsense 10 tubing enough to add an oxygen port connector. Has the same fitting on both ends instead of one being larger and one smaller. Fortunately they are somewhat stretchy. Only plan to use as emergency solution short term because the O2 nipple on my regular heated tube snapped off.

18" length is just right for extended reach.
This would be a 5-star review except for the lack of flexibility of the hose. I have hooked the extension directly to the face mask and then to the CPAP hose. The lack of flexibility causes some movement restrictions during turning from side-to-side during sleep.

my hose was not working when blown. This seemed to make the whole system work and now the CPAP works and the air is flowing. This hose has no holes--well, two one at each end, and fits tightly. The last one only lasted 12 years. I hope this one lasts as long as I do.
