Fantastic Bottle, even better Customer Service
After Amazon Courier's "lost" the package, Liquid Savvy's customer service team reached out to me and graciously offered to have the product replaced and sent directly to me, even though it was Amazon's error. To that accord, Customer Service gets 5 stars in and of itself. Now that I finally have this water bottle, I can't get enough of it! It's about the size of a large "Nalgene" bottle, but I believe that this product FAR EXCEEDS any Nalgene bottle I've ever had, for a number of reasons:First, this bottle is insulated, so it keeps my water ice cold for literally an entire day. (Have you ever gone to take a sip out of your large plastic water bottle as the day wears on and its warm or even hot? It's terrible!) No longer an issue with Liquid SavvySecond, again due to the insulation, this bottle doesn't get "sweaty." No more coming back to your desk to find an important document, or cord, or phone, (or anything for that matter) sitting in a pool of water left from condensation on your water bottle.Third, this bottle comes with 3 different types of inter-changeable lids. AWESOME! I particularly like the lid with the sip-top, so I don't have to screw and unscrew the top each time I want to have a drink.Fourth, there's a lifetime warranty. After the quick and hassle-free interaction with Liquid Savvy's customer service that I mentioned above, I have full faith that if I happen to run into any problems with my product in the future, Liquid Savvy won't hesitate to correct with, and quickly. Therefore, to summarize, I would recommend this bottle to anyone and will DEFINITELY look to Liquid Savvy for all my drinkware needs in the future. A+++

What good is a leaky water bottle?
So I have been looking for a double walled stainless water bottle with a flip top for quite a while, and what drew me to this model is the fact that it is under 9" tall. Every other similar capacity water bottle is the height of a home fire extinguisher and looks a little ridiculous. I noticed the high customer rating out of nearly 2000 reviews so I chose to ignore the reviews saying that the bottle leaked (figuring they must have just got a 'bad one').Sigh, it was only after I had placed my order that I noticed all the reviews stating the bottle leaked were fairly recent, and that all the good reviews were from 2017 or earlier. I tried to cancel my order through Amazon, but it was too late. I figured, 'oh well,' maybe I'll get lucky and the company has addressed the leak problem by now. I'm here to tell you, they haven't. If you insist on ordering this bottle, just go into it with the expectation of having to return it. Open the packaging carefully, fill it with water, screw the lid on (more on that in a second), then turn it upside down and shake it lightly. This is all it took for mine to leak quite a bit.Regarding the threading on the caps, they are quite horrible. I initially thought I was cross threading the threads because the cap was so difficult to properly screw on and off. I tried every lid that came with the bottle and they were all this way. Very cheaply made, and it is evident. One more pretty serious flaw if you intend on using this bottle for water, or any liquid other than piping hot coffee is the hole in the flip top lid is quite tiny. It would be okay for a beverage that you want to drink slowly, but not for those times when you want to take a few chugs of cold water. It is a nice looking bottle, and the form factor is perfect in my opinion, but if it can't do the one thing it was designed to do (hold liquid), then it needs to be destroyed.I don't like to write negative reviews, but I feel that this product has earned it. Just save all the original packaging and be prepared to return this item. Big 'ups' to Amazon for making the return process so easy and predictable.

Seems too good to be true, but it is the BEST!
I originally picked this up as a stocking-stuffer for my husband because I wanted to upgrade the sad, scratched-up, polycarb water bottle that he lugs to work every day. I shopped around for awhile, diligently reading reviews, and taking recommendations from a plethora of sources, because I was hell-bent on choosing only The Best Possible Water Bottle Anyone Could Ever Have, EVER.This meant that I was launched down a crazy rabbit-hole where the first contenders I checked out were highly recommended “status flasks” with crazy pedigrees and after-market lids costing upwards of $15 each (I like a flipper-sipper, with the option for a carabiner/gripper-lid, but hubs likes a tethered lid). Then, I got waylaid by a telenovela-style tale of couples going into business together to produce The Best Possible Water Bottle Anyone Could Ever Have, but then divorcing, with one partner getting the business, while the other launched a new business offering the same product at half the price, which really turned my head, because, who doesn't love a sensational story to go with their seemingly mundane water bottle purchase?! But, no! I MUST press on and explore every available purchasing option!And... I'm happy I did, because long after my eyes glazed over from the sheer multitude of available options and attached hype, I found Liquid Savvy's offerings, which seemed entirely too good to be true. Double-walled vacuum insulation? Check! Sturdy, grip-friendly powder-coating? Check! Sweat-proof exterior? Check! Promises of piping hot libations and frosty cold beverages for at least 12 hours? Check! A shockingly reasonable price tag? Check! THREE INCLUDED LID OPTIONS?! Wait... what?! Okay, you guys, that is just too much! Now, I'm suspicious.I ain't gonna' lie; when I saw what Liquid Savvy had on offer, with that amazingly low price point, I automatically assumed that this was a product of inferior quality, but, NO! A thousand times no. As soon as it came in, I lovingly washed and dried the bottle and all included lids, so that my love could start using it right away if he wanted to. I was, quite frankly, blown away by the quality of the product. This is good stuff. Such good stuff that I ordered one for myself, too! Also, such good stuff that I couldn't wait until Christmas for my hubs to enjoy this little wonder. Life is short, and one should have nice things in their inventory to navigate it, right? This Liquid Savvy bottle is a nice thing. Full stop. I blew the surprise the day it arrived, and I'm okay with that. Grab one for everyone you love. Not only does it help the environment by reducing the use of disposable plastic bottles, but you can take whatever you want; water, soup, tea, coffee, whiskey, whatever it takes to make your day infinitely better, with the appropriate (included) lid for the occasion, and it will stay at the ideal temperature for at least 12 hours. What more could you want? That powder-coating feels great in the hand, nice gription, and it doesn't transfer what's inside in any negative way. By that I mean; if it's winter, and you need a sip of cold, clear water (dehydration is actually a huge thing in the winter, because nobody ever sees it coming!), you can grab this baby and take a sip and not feel like your hand is going to fuse to it. Even better, you can keep this at your work-station all summer long, filled with ice, and not worry about the laminate on your desk ending up with a sweaty water ring. It is actually sweat-proof, and temperature-neutral! Which means, alternately; if you're a plow driver with a full tank of cocoa/coffee in this sucker (maybe Irished-up, I don't judge), the outside is warm, but in a friendly co-pilot way. And it'll stay that way until your shift ends.I did NOT receive this water bottle free, or at a reduced price for my review, I bought it sight-unseen and am totally thrilled with it. After reading a million other water bottle reviews. DO NOT let that outstanding price-point and those generous options fool you. I hope everyone who purchased it the same way does too, because the best product should always win. And this is, indeed, The Best Possible Water / Soup / Tea / Coffee / Cocoa / Whiskey Bottle Anyone Could Have. EVER!
